Greetings Friends and Visitors!

On behalf of the Schwäbischer Sängerbund members, I would like to welcome you to our updated Web Site. Please click on the Events page to see all the activities at which we sing and make merry.

Our 2009 Spring Program is well underway. We are rehearsing for our May 3rd Spring Concert at the Holy Spirit Church in Union N. J. Traditional light German and Broadway songs will be presented.The Concert will also feature song selections from the Newark Saengerchor.

On Memorial Day weekend, the chorus will attend a Concert at The National Museum in Washington D.C. The event is hosted by the Washington SaengerChor under the auspices of the NOESB. It is anticipated approximately 300 Singers will attend the Concert.

The chorus welcomes all new singers, but since the average age of the chorus is increasing, singers from the younger generations are needed to continue the traditions from the past 122 years. Please contact the undersigned for more information
